Commercial Terms & Conditions
Standard conditions of quotation, material dispatch, quality testing, and turnkey contracting works.
1. Quotations & Validity
All commercial proforma invoices and material rates are quoted ex-depot Jodhpur unless specified as FOR Destination. Quotations remain firm for 15 calendar days from the date of issue, subject to raw material petroleum index adjustments for bitumen polymers.
2. Material Authenticity & Testing Standards
Every consignment of APP/SBS Bitumen Membranes, Sika® and Fosroc® construction chemicals, and industrial grating is supplied with official Manufacturer Test Certificates (COA) conforming to ASTM D6164, IS 16471, and IS 2062 specifications. In-situ batch test samples must be drawn prior to application.
3. Delivery & Risk in Transit
Consignments are loaded from our Jhalamand, Jodhpur depot. Goods in transit are governed by carrier consignment notes. Consignees are requested to inspect seals upon arrival before signing clean LR receipts.
4. Turnkey Contracting & SLA Warranties
Specialized contracting projects (basement waterproofing, PU injection grouting, bridge deck sealing) carry system warranties (up to 10 years) backed jointly by application methodology statements and material manufacturer assurance.
5. Jurisdiction
All commercial contracts, purchase orders, and disputes are subject exclusively to the competent courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
