Rajguru Sales Corporation ("we", "our", "us") collects commercial information solely to facilitate B2B industrial transactions, quotation generation, logistics delivery, and technical advisory services. This includes:

• Corporate Identification: Company name, registered GSTIN, billing address, site delivery addresses.
• Contact Details: Representative name, corporate email address, mobile/WhatsApp telephone numbers.
• Project Documentation: Bills of Quantities (BOQ), structural drawings, TDS/COA requirement specifications.

2. Commercial Use of Information

Data provided through our web portal, email, or commercial WhatsApp is utilized strictly for:

• Generating commercial proforma invoices and dispatch delivery challans.
• Coordinating freight logistics through approved national transport carriers.
• Transmitting factory-certified Batch Test Certificates (COA) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
• Fulfilling Indian statutory taxation obligations (GST e-invoicing and e-Way bills).

3. Non-Disclosure & Security

We do not sell, license, or monetize contractor data or tender pricing. All commercial interactions remain strictly confidential under customary business trade practices.

4. Website Analytics & Attachments

Submitting an RFQ or enquiry through this website also records your IP address, browser/device (user agent) and, if you attach one, the tender schedule, drawing or BOM file itself — kept private and shared only with our commercial desk. We also run visitor analytics (page views, approximate location, device and referring campaign) to understand how the site is used; this does not identify you personally.

When a member of our sales team records a customer visit in our staff app, the position of the phone is matched to a street address using OpenStreetMap (Nominatim); only the latitude and longitude are sent for this, nothing that names you or your business.

5. Data Retention

Commercial records (quotations, invoices, dispatch documents) are retained for as long as Indian tax and company law require. Enquiry and RFQ records not converted into an order are retained only as long as reasonably needed to follow up, after which they may be deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, or withdraw consent and have it erased where we are not required to keep it for a legal or commercial reason (such as a completed invoice).
